AFC Industries offers various materials
re-logged from jumbo rolls down to design lengths.
We can re-roll anything from Foams, tapes, rubber,
fabrics and films etc.
AFC can laminate a wide range of materials with a film, foil, fabric or simply a pressure sensitive adhesive to a wide range of materials with a peel off release paper.
Multiple layers of materials are treated with
a variety of pressure sensitive or contact
adhesives. Bonding of foam to foam, foam to other
substrats, open cell PU Foam to closed cell PE
foam.
Custom packaging is one of our
specialties. Whether its for safe packaging,
economical, retail or promotional. AFC can
construct, invent and manufacture foam inserts.
At AFC we offer an in-house assembly service. Cut parts can be assembled together for the customer or our cut parts can be assembled to customer specific parts.
Water Jet Cutting: This technique utilises computer controlled profile cutting using high-pressure water jet. Low cost and ideal for smal runs or pre-production sampling.
